About Me
As a runner and lifelong football player, I know firsthand the physical demands of staying active and the frustration of being sidelined by tightness or injury. My passion for athletic performance and recovery led me to the University of Brighton, where I am currently expanding my knowledge of the human body. To help you move at your best, I bring a highly specialized skill set to the table, holding an L3 Sports Massage qualification alongside certifications in Myofascial Cupping and Sports Taping. I love working with a diverse range of clients—from competitive athletes to everyday movers—because every body presents a unique challenge that deserves a custom, targeted solution. Whether you are training for a match, recovering from a tough run, or just trying to live pain-free, my goal is to help you unlock your movement and perform with greater ease.
Why I Started This?
I founded Kneaded Sports Massage after a turning point in my own athletic journey. While training for a marathon, repeated, nagging pains constantly threatened to derail my progress. It was a frustrating wake-up call that made me realize how easily a lack of proper recovery can halt our passions. I started this brand to provide the exact, targeted care I needed back then. By combining elite-level sports massage, cupping, and taping, Kneaded Sports Massage is built to help you break through physical barriers, prevent injury, and keep moving with absolute freedom.
